At the heart of my work is a commitment to support transformation through curiosity and compassion. I believe therapy is a collaborative journey where your experiences are honored and your growth is supported in a safe, respectful space. I provide compassionate, client-centered therapy for adults navigating grief, trauma, postpartum challenges, and life transitions. Through a trauma informed approach combining person-centered, solution-focused techniques with body awareness and spirituality, I will help you build self-compassion and foster healing at your own pace.

What to Expect in Your First Session
Therapy with me is a collaborative process—one that values your autonomy, fosters self-compassion, and encourages healing at a pace that feels right for you. Whether you’re working through identity shifts, managing anxiety, or seeking growth after trauma, I’m here to support your journey toward transformation with curiosity and care. I will not judge you during the session and I do not provide psychological assessments.
I offer a free one-hour initial consultation to provide you with the opportunity to decide if you would be comfortable working with me. During this appointment I will explain aspects of confidentiality and I may ask you questions about what you wish to achieve through attending therapy. At the end of the session we will make a decision about how we would like to proceed.

Scheduling
Therapy sessions are typically scheduled on a weekly or biweekly basis, depending on your needs and availability. I offer flexible appointment times to accommodate busy schedules. New clients can begin with a free, one-hour initial consultation to explore whether my approach is the right fit for you.
To schedule a session, please contact me directly email or visit the contact section of my website to complete an intake form. I ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes to sessions.
Payment & Packages
I accept payment via BACS, PayPal or Cash. Payment is due at the time of the session.
To support ongoing work and provide flexibility, I offer several payment options:

Single Sessions: Pay per individual session.

Package Discounts: Reduced rates are available when purchasing blocks of 6 or 12 sessions upfront. Packages encourage consistency and help support your healing journey over time.

Where Do Sessions Take Place?
I work primarily online via zoom but am able to see clients in person as needed.
